I gained 7kg since I started working from home last March 2020. The pandemic made a lot of people stayed at home and isolate, for me it resulted to binge and comfort eating, unhealthy snacks, no sports activities and working till late hours. My weight started creeping up and up and all I blame is the pandemic.
One year past we are still in this pandemic and my weight is up and energy is low, feeling pain in my body because I am now clssified as overweight according to my BMI. Realization kicks in that I need to stop blaming this pandemic and start looking after myself.
I started to look online for free workouts and stumbled on Chloe Tings website. I am not a professional athlete but just a normal human being who is into sports, loves to be active and of course looking for ways to save money.
Chloe Tings 2 Week Shred Challenge looks promising and was thinking at start there is no harm in trying. In my day of doing a 15 min HIIT and 10 min Abs workout I felt weak and tired so was thinking maybe I should stop, but when I heard Chloe saying in her video that at first it will be hard then it will get better I became more motivated.
2 weeks doing the Shred Challenge I did not see much abs yet as my tummy is covered with fat but definitely my energy levels are up and the exercises becomes less hard for me. I took a rest for 4 days then re start the challenge and that is when I started to see a change in my belly.
I will continue on doing this another 2 weeks Shred Challenge, my morning energy booster! 💪😏
